"You've never had good Beef Bulalo until you're tried it at Nanay Cirila's. Generous serving of marrow, shank & crisp vegetables in a clear broth that doesn't have sebo even with Tagaytay's cold weather. Their Crispy Fried Tawilis is fresh & not oily at all. Only regret is that we booked for dinner, we couldn't drink all the full bodied Kapeng Barako they offer coz we might not be able to fall asleep that night."
