Mountain grown Kapeng Barako or Barako coffee is from the finest Coffea Liberica species cultivated and carefully hand-picked, sun-dried the old-fashion way as a tradition from the highlands of Cavite.
The term “barako” comes from the Tagalog word for “boar” or “stud boar” – that fits the name for strong, uniqueness of its flavour.
Our fresh medium roasted coffee beans are famous for its aroma, smooth taste, and are known to have the lowest caffeine concentration. You may have this brewed according to your choice of strength from mild, regular, strong to extra strong!
